- 4 boneless chicken breast halves
- 1 tbsp. butter
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1-1/2 tsp. curry powder
- 1 fresh tomato, chopped
- 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
- 1/2 cup milk
Directions

1In a frying pan, brown the chicken in butter.

2After browned, add the onions and curry powder.

3Reduce heat, stir ingredients and cook over low heat for 15 to 20 minutes.

4Turn the chicken during this cooking.

5Add cayenne and tomatoes; stir well.

6Cover and simmer 1 hour.

7Add milk, and heat through before serving.
