- 6 eggs
- 1 c. flour
- 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 (1 lb.) can bean sprouts, well drained
- 1 envelope onion soup mix
- 1 (4 oz.) can mushroom stems and pieces, well drained
- 1 (4 1/2 oz.) can shrimp, well drained and chopped
Directions

1In large bowl, beat eggs slightly.

2Blend in flour, baking powder, salt, soy sauce and Worcestershire sauce; beat until smooth.

3Stir in all the rest.

4Drop by teaspoon into 1/2 inch hot oil at 375°.

5In skillet, fry 2 or 3 minutes on each side.

6Drain on paper toweling.

7Serve hot with soy sauce or dip.
