- 4 c. flour
- 1 3/4 c. Crisco
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. vinegar
- 1 egg
- 1/2 c. water
Directions

1With a blender or fork, mix first 4 ingredients.

2In separate dish, beat remaining ingredients.

3Combine the 2 mixtures, stirring with a fork until all is moistened.

4With hands, mold dough into a ball.

5Chill at least 15 minutes before rolling. Dough can be left in refrigerator for 3 days, or frozen until ready to use.

6Makes about 4 (9-inch) crusts.
