  • 2 egg whites
  • 2/3 c. sugar
  • 6 oz. chocolate chips
  • walnuts (as desired)
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

Directions

    Beat egg whites until foamy.

    Add the sugar; beat until stiff. Add chocolate chips and nuts, plus vanilla.

    Drop by teaspoon onto foil covered cookie sheet.

    Preheat oven to 350° for 15 minutes.

    Place cookie sheet in oven; turn off oven and forget. They're scrumptious!
