- 4 strips bacon or 1/2 lb. sausage, chopped
- 1/2 medium onion, chopped
- 1/2 medium cabbage, chopped coarsely
- 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
- rice
Directions

1Brown bacon and onion together in heavy saucepan or large skillet.

2Drain off some of the fat.

3Add cabbage and stir-fry over low heat until cabbage is tender.

4Add soy sauce.

5Serve over rice and pass additional soy sauce.
