Ingredients

  • 2/3 c. cider vinegar
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1 medium green pepper, chopped
  • 1 medium onion, sliced thin
  • 1 can baby limas, drained
  • 1 can green beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1 can wax beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1 can kidney beans, rinsed and drained

Directions

    Heat vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper in small saucepan until sugar dissolves.

    Set aside.

    Combine remaining ingredients in a large container.

    Pour sugar-vinegar mixture over beans and toss to coat evenly.

    Cover and refrigerate several hours or overnight to marinate.

    Toss occasionally.
