Four-Cheese Beef Chili Stuffing Bake

   Heat oven to 400 degrees F.

   Add hot water and cilantro to stuffing mix; stir just until moistened.

   Brown meat in large skillet; drain.

   Stir in beans, tomato sauce and salsa.
