  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 c. parsley
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. ground nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1/2 c. grated Romano cheese
  • 1/2 c. shredded Swiss cheese
  • 1/2 c. Mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 c. cottage cheese
  • 1/4 c. heavy cream
  • 1 pkg. jumbo pasta shells, cooked
  • 1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce or spaghetti sauce

    Beat egg lightly in bowl.

    Stir in parsley, salt, nutmeg and pepper until blended.

    Stir in cheeses until thoroughly combined. Stir in heavy cream.

    Fill cooked shells.

    Arrange in greased baking dish.

    Pour sauce over and bake at 350° for 30 minutes until bubbly hot.
