  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 6 ounces instant pudding mix lemon flavor
  • 3 cups milk
  • 4 ounces whipped topping, prepared

Directions

    LAYER 1: Mix all ingredients together and pat into a pie pan.

    Bake in a preheated 400F (200C) oven until browned, 8 to 10 minutes.
