  • 1 c. powdered sugar

  • 3 c. milk
  • 2 small pkg. chocolate pudding
  • 6 oz. Cool Whip

Directions

    Mix together flour, butter and nuts.

    Pat into a 9 x 13-inch greased pan. Bake 15 to 20 minutes at 350°. Let cool.
