- 1 c. butter
- 6 eggs
- 2 3/4 c. sugar
- 3 c. flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. baking sods
- 1 tsp. lemon extract
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 c. sour cream
Directions

1Grease and flour 10-inch tube pan.

2Beat butter until creamy; gradually add sugar, until light and fluffy.

3Add eggs, one at a time.

4Beat 2 more minutes.

5Combine flour, salt and baking soda. Add to creamed mixture alternately with sour cream (begin and end with flour).

6Beat well; add lemon and vanilla.

7Beat until blended.

8Put in tube pan.

9Bake at 350° for 1 1/2 hours.

10Cool in pan for 15 minutes on rack.

11Remove; dust with confectioners sugar when cool.
