- 1/2 c. evaporated skim milk
- 4 oz. cottage cheese
- 3 envelopes chocolate Alba '66 powder
- 3 packs artificial sweetener
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 tsp. imitation chocolate flavoring
Directions

1Put evaporated skim milk and cottage cheese in blender container.

2Process at high speed until mixture is smooth.

3Pour into small bowl and add rest of ingredients.

4Using electric mixer, beat until thick and creamy.

5Pour into shallow nonstick 8-inch square pan.

6Freeze until hard.

7Cut into 24 squares. Remove to airtight container and store in freezer.

8Do not thaw before eating.

9Entire recipe contains the equivalent of 2 ounces of protein and 4 milk allowances.
