- 1 14 cups water
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3 12 cups bread flour
- 1 tablespoon active dry yeast
- 2 tablespoons water
- 14 teaspoon salt
Directions

1Place first 5 ingredients in your bread machine according to machine directions.

2Start the Dough program on your bread machine.

3When dough is finished, then place on lightly floured surface and roll into large rectangle.

4Roll up tightly starting with the longest edge, press seams to seal and tapering each end.

5Place on a greased baking sheet, cover and let rise until double-- about 40 minutes.

6With a knife, cut 3 diagonal slashes across the loaf.

7Combine glaze ingredients and brush on generously.

8Bake at 400 degrees 20-25 minutes or until done.
