  • 1/2 c. butter, room temperature
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 2 sq. unsweetened chocolate
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 c. thawed Cool Whip
  • 9-inch graham cracker pie shell

    Cream butter with sugar.

    Melt chocolate over boiling water, then cool.

    Stir in sugar mixture.

    Add eggs, 1 at a time, beating 5 minutes after each addition at high speed.

    Fold in Cool Whip. Pour into crust and chill 2 hours or freeze.
