  • 6 oz. French vanilla ice cream, rolled into a ball
  • cornflakes
  • cinnamon
  • coconut
  • sugar
  • sweet milk
  • vegetable oil, heated

Directions

    Mix 4 parts of cornflakes to 1 part of cinnamon, coconut and sugar.
  2. 2
    Roll ice cream ball in cornflake mixture, dip into milk, then roll back into cornflake mixture.
  3. 3
    Freeze on wax paper for 1 to 2 hours.
