- 1 (4 -6 lb) french beef roast
- 4 tablespoons soy sauce
- 4 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons mustard
- 1 cup Chinese duck sauce
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1/2 cup dark grape juice
- 1 onion, chopped
- 4 -5 garlic cloves, minced
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350 degree.

2Place the onions and garlic on the bottom of your pan. Add roast.

3Combine the rest of the ingredients and pour over roast in pan.

4Bake 3-4 hours, covered.
