  • 2 (10 oz.) frozen, chopped spinach, cooked and drained
  • 1 c. minced, peeled onion
  • 3/4 c. Parmesan cheese
  • 3/4 c. melted butter
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. thyme leaves
  • 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 2 1/2 c. crumbled herb-seasoned stuffing mix (Pepperidge Farm)
