- 1 baked 9-inch pie shell
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1 1/4 c. powdered sugar
- 1 1/2 sq. unsweetened baking chocolate
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 eggs
Directions

1Cream butter and add sugar gradually, creaming well.

2Blend in melted and cooled chocolate, then vanilla.

3Add 1 egg at a time, beating for 5 minutes after each addition.

4Turn into pie shell. Chill 1 to 2 hours.

5May be topped with whipped cream and nuts, if desired.
