- 1/2 c. butter
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 eggs
- 2 sq. unsweetened chocolate, melted and cooled
Directions

1Cream butter in mixing bowl at low speed.

2Gradually add sugar, creaming well at medium speed.

3Add 1 egg at a time; beat 3 to 5 minutes.

4Spoon into baked pastry shell.

5Chill 2 hours. Serve with whipped cream and chocolate (sweet) shavings on top of cream.
