  • 1 large cream cheese (room temperature)
  • 1 pkg. large lemon jello
  • 1 1/2 c. boiling water
  • 28 regular size marshmallows
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 small can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 c. nuts
  • 1 small can Carnation evaporated milk

Directions

    On low heat, cook the first 4 ingredients until dissolved, stirring constantly. Cool, then add the remaining ingredients. Stir well.

    Pour into an oblong baking dish.

    Cool in the refrigerator until mixture congeals.

    Serve by cutting into squares.
