  • 3 eggs, well beaten
  • 2 Tbsp. milk
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 loaf French bread
  • butter (optional)
  • syrup (optional)
  • powdered sugar (optional)

Directions

    Slice French bread on angel into 1-inch slices; set aside. Beat all ingredients together.

    Dip and coat bread slices.

    Place in skillet which is over medium to medium high heat.

    Flip once and serve with butter and syrup or powdered lightly with powdered sugar.
