- 1 12 cups water
- 2 cups diced tomatoes
- 1 cup mushroom, sliced
- 14 cup onion, diced
- 14 cup zucchini, diced
- 14 cup carrot, sliced
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 12 teaspoon basil
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
Directions

1In a medium saucepan, bring water to a boil.

2Add tomatoes.

3Simmer, covered, until tomatoes are soft and turn into a broth, about 20 minutes.

4Add mushrooms, onion, zucchini, carrot, onion powder and basil.

5Simmer, covered, until vegetables are tender, about 10 minutes.

6Add Worcestershire.

7Simmer, covered until flavors are blended, about 2 minutes.

8Remove from heat.

9Remove 1 cup of vegetables, place in a container of a electric blender.

10Blend at high speed until smooth.

11Return mixture to saucepan and mix well.
