  • 2 1/2 c. flour, sifted
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. soda
  • 2 tsp. baking powder
  • 2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 4 eggs, beaten
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 1 1/2 c. Wesson oil
  • 1 Tbsp. vanilla
  • 1 c. chopped pecans
  • 4 c. chopped apples
  • 8 oz. chopped dates

Directions

    Mix together the flour, salt, soda, baking powder and cinnamon. Mix together eggs, sugar, Wesson oil and vanilla.

    Add flour mixture.

    Mix together and add the chopped pecans, apples and dates.

    Put in Bundt pan and bake at 350° for 1 1/2 hours.
