- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1 or 2 tsp. cinnamon
- 2 lb. Winesap or Jonathan cooking apples
- butter
Directions

1Mix flour, sugar and cinnamon.

2Set aside.

3Core and slice apples.

4Layer apples in bottom of pie crust.

5Sprinkle with flour mixture.

6Repeat, ending with flour mixture.

7Dot with butter. Cover with top crust and perforate.

8Bake 10 minutes at 450°. Reduce heat to 350° and bake 30 to 35 minutes.
