  • 6 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons chopped shallot
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt
  • Dash ground black pepper
