- 16 oz. sour cream
- 2 c. sugar
- baked 2 layer yellow cake
Directions

1Mix first 3 ingredients and refrigerate overnight.

2After cake is cooled, split layers and put coconut mixture between the layers and on top.

3Let set in refrigerator for 2 to 4 days in a covered container before slicing.
