- 2 c. corn (best with fresh corn, but can use frozen or canned)
- 4 Tbsp. self-rising flour
- 1 Tbsp. margarine
- 2 well beaten eggs
- 2 tsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 c. milk (canned best)
Directions

1Mix corn, flour, sugar and salt together.

2Combine well beaten eggs, melted margarine or butter and milk.

3Mix with corn mixture. Pour into greased baking dish.

4Bake at 350° for 1 hour.

5Stir from bottom 2 or 3 times during the first 30 minutes of baking time.

6It's creamy and delicious and doesn't fall on its face as soon as it comes from the oven.

7You can double recipe without fear of mishap.

8Serves 6 to 8.
