- 1 c. nonfat yogurt
- 1/4 c. frozen concentrated orange juice (undiluted)
- 1 large apple, cored and chopped
- 1 orange, seeded and cut in small pieces
- 1 c. red seedless grapes, cut in half
- 1 c. green seedless grapes, cut in half
- 1 (15 oz.) can pineapple chunks, drained
- 1 banana, sliced
Directions

1Cook shells 14 minutes.

2Mix in small bowl the yogurt and orange juice.

3Mix rest of ingredients with shells.

4Add yogurt dressing and mix well.
