  • 2 c. old fashioned or quick oats
  • 1 c. all-purpose flour
  • 1 c. packed brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. baking soda
  • 3/4 c. margarine or reduced-calorie margarine, melted

Directions

    In a mixing bowl, combine oats, flour, brown sugar and baking soda.

    Stir in melted margarine.

    Press mixture into a lightly greased 12-inch pizza pan.

    Bake at 350° for approximately 15 minutes or until lightly browned.

    Remove from oven and let cool.
