  • 1 c. plums, chopped
  • 1 c. peaches, sliced
  • 1 c. pears, chopped
  • 1 c. kiwi fruit, sliced
  • 1 c. raspberries
  • 1/2 c. (1 stick) butter
  • 1/2 c. brown sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 c. white wine or cooking sherry
  • 1/2 c. pecans, chopped

    Butter medium sized casserole dish and arrange fruit in layers.

    Combine butter, sugar, flour and sherry in double boiler. Cook, stirring, until smooth and thickened.
