- 1 graham cracker crust
- 7 or 8 fresh sweet peaches
- 3 Tbsp. peach jello
- 3 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 c. water
- 8 oz. Cool Whip
Directions

1Peel and slice peaches.

2Place in pie crust.

3In heavy saucepan, add jello, sugar and cornstarch.

4Mix together well. Add water and stir with wooden spoon.

5Turn burner on high.

6Stir mixture often.

7After it starts boiling, reduce heat to medium and cook for 3 minutes, stirring constantly.

8Pour over peaches. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.

9Top with Cool Whip.
