  • 1 prebaked pie shell, cooled
  • 4 to 6 peaches (depends on size)
  • 1 1/2 c. water
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 2 tsp. cornstarch
  • 1 box apricot jello

Directions

    Mix water, sugar and cornstarch and bring to a boil until liquid is clear.

    Mix in jello; cool.

    When cooled, pour over slices peaches that are in the pie shell.

    Cool in refrigerator.
