- 1 c. sugar
- 1 c. water
- 3 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1/4 c. peach gelatin
- 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 baked 9-inch pie shells
- 2 to 4 peaches, peeled and sliced
Directions

1Combine 1 cup sugar, water and cornstarch in saucepan.

2Cook over medium heat until thickened, stirring constantly.

3Stir in gelatin until dissolved.

4Mix cream cheese and remaining 1/2 cup sugar in bowl.

5Spread cream cheese mixture in bottom of pie shells.

6Arrange peach slices over top.

7Spoon gelatin mixture over peaches.

8Chill for several hours.

9May be prepared, using graham cracker pie shells.

10Yield: 16 servings.
