- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 2 Tbsp. half and half
- 1/4 c. soft butter
- 1 (15 oz.) pkg. white creamy frosting mix
- 1 tsp. peppermint extract
- food coloring as desired
Directions

1Soften cream cheese at Medium High power about 2 minutes.

2Add butter and half and half.

3Microwave for another 45 to 60 seconds on Medium High to High power until butter is melted.

4Stir at least once.

5Add frosting mix.

6Micro at High power 2 minutes, stirring and whisking until mixture is smooth and creamy.

7Add peppermint extract and food coloring of your choice.
