  • 1/4 c. margarine, melted
  • 2 egg whites
  • 2 tsp. vanilla, divided use
  • 1 1/2 c. plain low-fat or nonfat yogurt
  • 2 slightly beaten egg yolks
  • 1 slightly beaten egg
  • 1 1/2 tsp. finely shredded lemon peel
