  • 4 c. fresh raspberries
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 3 tsp. tapioca
  • 1/4 c. flour
  • 1/2 juice of 1 lemon
  • pie crust

    Mix all of the ingredients.

    Let set for about 10 minutes. Pour into pie crust.

    Bake at 400° for 10 to 15 minutes.

    Reduce heat to 325° and bake another 35 minutes.
