  • 1/2 cup serrano chili, finely chopped and seeded (8-10 chilies)
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped white onion
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 2 roma tomatoes, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup coarsely chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt, to taste
