  • 2 c. 7-Up or Sprite
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 1 pkg. wild strawberry Jell-O
  • 6 drops red food coloring
  • 2 deep dish pie shells, baked and cooled

Directions

    Cook all ingredients together slowly, stirring all the while. Cook until mixture turns transparent; let cool completely.

    Pour mixture into pie shells that are filled with sliced or whole strawberries.

    Add Cool Whip when ready to serve.
