- 5 medium tomatoes, diced
- 1/3 c. tomato sauce
- 1/4 c. finely chopped purple onion
- 1 or 2 small jalapeno peppers, seeded and minced
- 2 Tbsp. minced fresh cilantro
- 1 Tbsp. minced fresh oregano
- 2 Tbsp. lime juice
- 1 tsp. salt
Directions

1Combine all ingredients, stirring gently, cover and chill. (You may substitute parsley for the cilantro.)
