- 2 medium tomatoes, cut into wedges
- 1 smal head cauliflower
- 1 bunch broccoli
- 1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced
- 2 medium green peppers, chopped
- 1 small red onion, thinly sliced
- 1 c. vegetable oil
- 1/2 c. red wine vinegar
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. dried Italian dressing
- 2 tsp. dry mustard
- 1 tsp. salt
Directions

1Separate cauliflower and broccoli into small flowerets. Combine all vegetables in a large mixing bowl.

2Combine remaining ingredients; mix well and pour over vegetables, tossing gently. Cover and chill at least 3 hours.
