- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 margarine
Directions

1Peel and core apples; cut into 1-inch wedges.

2Place in baking dish; stir sugar with salt.

3Dip apple wedges in mixture, turning to coat all sides.

4In large skillet over medium-low heat, melt margarine.

5Add apples and cook partially covered 15 minutes or until fork-tender, carefully turning apples with pancake turner. Remove when tender.
