- 1 lb. cooked asparagus (not falling apart)
- 1 or 2 beaten eggs
- several Town House crackers, crushed
Directions

1Take the water out of asparagus and let set for a few minutes.

2Then take each piece of asparagus and dip in beaten eggs.

3Then take a piece of waxed paper with crushed crackers on it and roll each piece of asparagus with the crumbs and put in buttered frying pan (hot).

4Cook until crisp on both sides.

5Salt and flavor to your taste.
