Fried Asparagus

  • 1 lb. cooked asparagus (not falling apart)
  • 1 or 2 beaten eggs
  • several Town House crackers, crushed

Directions

    Take the water out of asparagus and let set for a few minutes.

    Then take each piece of asparagus and dip in beaten eggs.
  3. 3
    Then take a piece of waxed paper with crushed crackers on it and roll each piece of asparagus with the crumbs and put in buttered frying pan (hot).

    Cook until crisp on both sides.
  5. 5
    Salt and flavor to your taste.
