- 1 medium cabbage
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 2 tsp. salt
- 4 eggs
- 4 Tbsp. milk
- 2 1/4 c. flour
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1/4 tsp. red pepper
Directions

1Cut cabbage into 6 to 8 squares or wedges.

2Cover with water and add 1 teaspoon salt and 1 tablespoon butter.

3Bring to boil for 5 to 7 minutes.

4Drain cabbage.

5Beat eggs and 4 tablespoons milk. In another container mix flour, pepper and remaining salt.

6Dip cabbage into egg mixture and coat with flour.

7Deep fry in hot bacon dripping.

8May also be pan-fried.

9Serves 6 to 8.
