  • 1 head cauliflower
  • 2 eggs, beaten with 2 Tbsp. water
  • seasoned bread crumbs with grated Italian cheese
  • oil (for frying)

Directions

    Wash head of cauliflower; break into florets.

    Parboil 10 to 15 minutes in salted water until tender.

    Do not cook completely. Drain and chill.
