- 8 oz. Swiss cheese, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 3 egg whites, slightly beaten
- 1 c. corn flake crumbs
- 1 qt. corn oil
Directions

1Dip cheese cubes into egg whites, then in crumbs; let dry a few minutes, then repeat coating.

2Pour corn oil into heavy 3-quart saucepan filling no more than 1/3 full.

3Heat over medium heat to 375°.

4Fry cheese a few pieces at a time, 1 minute or until golden brown.

5Drain on absorbent paper.

6Makes about 24 1-inch cubes.
