- 3 c. sliced peaches (fresh or canned)
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 c. self-rising flour
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 egg
- 6 Tbsp. melted butter or margarine
Directions

1Place peaches in baking dish.

2Sprinkle with lemon juice.

3Mix flour, sugar and egg until lumpy.

4Spread mix over peaches. Pour melted butter over top.

5Bake at 375° for 30 to 35 minutes. Serve warm with ice cream or Cool Whip.
