  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 1/2 c. milk
  • 1 1/4 c. water
  • 1 c. flour
  • 2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 c. Cheddar cheese, grated

Directions

    Mix together the eggs, milk and water, alternating small amounts of each.

    Set aside.

    Sift together the flour, baking powder and salt and then add to egg mixture.

    Add cheese and blend well.

    Deep fry in skillet on medium-high; drop by teaspoonfuls.
