- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 2 1/2 lb. chicken, cut up
- 1/4 c. fat or oil
Directions

1Mix flour and seasonings; coat chicken with mixture.

2Heat fat in large frypan.

3Fry chicken until browned on one side.

4Turn and brown the other side.

5Continue to cook slowly, uncovered, on top of range, 30 to 45 minutes or in the oven at 350° until tender.
