- 8 ears corn
- 1/2 lb. bacon
- salt and pepper
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- sugar to taste
Directions

1Clean and cut corn into a large bowl and put to side.

2In large iron skillet, brown bacon.

3Remove from skillet and put to the side.

4Put corn in skillet; salt and pepper to taste in oil from bacon.

5Let cook for about 15 minutes, covered.

6Remove lid; add 3 tablespoons flour in 1 cup of water.

7Mix well and pour into corn.

8Stir often.

9Cook 10 minutes.

10Add sugar to taste and butter.
