  • 1 pound crab meat
  • 1 each egg yolks
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 x black pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 2 teaspoons worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon parsley leaves chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 tablespoon butter melted
  • 1 x bread crumbs 1/2 to 1 cup
  • 1/4 cup butter or oil
  • 1 each lemon cut into wedges for garnish
