- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 1 x black pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- 2 teaspoons worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon parsley leaves chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1 tablespoon butter melted
- 1 x bread crumbs 1/2 to 1 cup
- 1/4 cup butter or oil
- 1 each lemon cut into wedges for garnish
